Nadia Melkonian is the Vice President Operations of Luxxie Lime Luxury & Lifestyle Brands, responsible for energizing, mentoring, directing on the front line competitive teams, dedicated to offer genuine relationship, sense of care, cosmopolitan flair, and contemporary lifestyle culture to properties "invitees".

As seasoned professional with more than twenty years track record in Hospitality Management, Nadia is known as the driving force of high performing teams, maximizing operational excellence, and delivering financial performance. She gained extensive experience in a wide range of Sales & Marketing, Food & Beverage, Events environments, and in leading multi-cultural teams in a diverse work environment within the Middle East, Europe, and Asia region.

Nadia is a dedicated, results oriented, innovative, decisive leader with strong Hotels & Resorts Management skills as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to effectively achieve goals.

She most recently served as General Manager for SLH, where she led branding, sales, marketing, operations, properties’ growth, and development.

Previously Nadia acted as General Manager at Hediard F&B consulting Co. supporting 5-star luxury hotels & resorts, exclusive Michelin Star restaurants. International purchasing & distribution network, private dining, exclusive catering, boutique retail shops and deli restaurants.

Nadia holds a Master’s degree from Royal Academy of Music UK, higher diploma in piano and music, certified piano professor, and Bachelors degree in English language and literature / letters from American Educational Institute Athens College.
